Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times.

Drivers must follow marshal and staff instructions.

Reckless driving, bumping, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

Health & Responsibility

Drivers should be in good health with no medical conditions (e.g. back problems, heart conditions, pregnancy) that may affect safety.

SuperBros Kart is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

Bookings & Payments

Advance booking is recommended, subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Sessions may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.
