Odyssey facilitates bookings provided by third-party vendors (“Operators”). Your agreement for a service is directly with the Operator. Operators are solely responsible for service delivery, accuracy of listings, and compliance with applicable laws.

 

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform lawfully and refrain from:

  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Submitting harmful or unlawful content
  • Interfering with site operation
  • Making speculative or fraudulent bookings

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Odyssey Platform (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Odyssey. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

 

6. Account Registration

To book services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

7. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews or other content:

  • You grant Odyssey a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it
  • You warrant the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to edit or remove any content at our discretion

 

8. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon full payment and confirmation email
  • You must provide valid payment information
  • Prices and availability are subject to change
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and the Operator’s terms

 

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Odyssey is not liable for:

  • Service performance or quality (delivered by Operators)
  • Any damages from use of or inability to use the platform
  • Actions of other users or third parties

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odyssey, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. All rights and obligations under these Terms will survive termination.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
