Sketchup Basics for Woodworkers

Description

No prior experience needed — we’ll guide you step by step, with plenty of practice time so the skills stick. By the end, you’ll be able to:

• Model your own project from scratch
• Use groups & components to stay organized
• Add quick dimensions & materials for clarity
• Build clean, accurate designs you can develop further

Includes: Hands-on practice, two tea breaks, and a final assessment (pass/fail) so you know you’ve mastered the basics.
Plus: Access to our private WhatsApp group for ongoing tips, support, and sharing your projects after class.

Session Details:

Duration: 9:30AM – 1:30PM (breaks included)

Minimum Age: 13+

• Adults and teens aged 13+ with zero SketchUp experience.
• Woodworkers who want to visualise and plan before building.
• Creatives who want to learn CAD for CNC, furniture, or shop drawings.

What to bring: Own laptop with Sketchup program (pre-installed)
