Level 1 – Basic Tools (TT1 only) – RM80/pax

- MEASURING TOOLS – Inside dimensions vs outside dimensions
- HAND SAWS – Pull saws vs push saws
- CHISELS AND HAMMERS – Bevel up vs Bevel down / hammer types
- DRILL DRIVER – Types of bits / how to prevent bit breakage
- IMPACT DRIVER – Types of bits / how to prevent screw stripping
- ORBITAL SANDER – Preventing pad damage /changing papers
- MITER SAW – 90degree cuts / angle cuts / safety / all locks and mechanisms on saws
- ALL CLAMPS – best ways to hold pieces together!
Level 2 – High Speed Tools (TT2 only) – RM100/pax
10AM – 11.30AM
- CIRCULAR SAW – Blade Depth adjustment / proper material support / using straight edge
- JIGSAW – Types of blades / straight cuts / curved cuts
- DISC SANDER – using different positions on the disc sander / using the miter gauge
- SPINDLE SANDER – size of spindle and base / sanding direction
- DRILL PRESS – changing bits / proper fencing and clamping
Level 3 – High Risk Tools (TT3 only) – RM150/pax
11.30AM – 1.00PM
- TABLE SAW – cross cuts / rip cuts / usage of jigs / kickback prevention / blade depth adjustment / angle cuts
- BANDSAW – throat height adjustment / fence usage / blade types / straight cuts / curved cuts
- ROUTER – changing router bits / cutting depth / cutting direction / proper support / template cutting
- PLANER – size of piece and orientation of piece / cut amount per pass / maximum cut width
