Skytrex Melaka

Skytrex Melaka

Skytrex Melaka had been on my bucket list for a while, and I finally got the chance to experience it. The whole adventure turned out to be even more fun and thrilling than I had imagined. It was our first time joining, and instead of starting small, we went all-in and signed up for the Extreme Warrior course — the toughest one available, with 35 obstacles and heights reaching up to 3–5 building levels.

After checking in, the staff helped us gear up and gave us a safety briefing. Once we were ready, we set off, with a guide following us throughout the course to ensure our safety. The very first challenge was a steep 90-degree ladder climb, and from there, the obstacles just kept coming — steel wire walks, flying fox rides, and swing boards that demanded stamina, balance, and courage.

One moment that really fun was spotting an “emergency exit” for those who wanted to skip certain obstacles, humorously labeled as the Chicken Exit.” Seeing that sign only made me more determined, turning back wasn’t even an option for me.

The highlight of the day was riding Malaysia’s first Skybike. Pedaling high above the ground with nothing but forest views all around was absolutely surreal. After a few more obstacles and one final flying fox with a breathtaking view, I crossed the finish line — tired, sweaty, but completely satisfied.

It took us about an hour and a half to complete the course, and it was worth every minute. If you’re looking for a challenge that will push your limits and leave you with amazing memories, I highly recommend giving Skytrex Melaka a try.
